Dr Fatemeh Rezania

Neurologist

MD FRACP, completed her training in Neurology at St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne, University Hospital Geelong and Western Health. Fatemeh is a Consultant Neurologist at St. Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne and University Hospital Geelong. She has a strong passion for teaching and research and is actively involved in the teaching of medical students and physician trainees. She has published a number of peer-reviewed journal articles and presented at multiple national and international conferences and is a reviewer for medical journals.

Fatemeh has a special interest in management of headache, dizziness and balance disorders, neuromuscular conditions and stroke. She also sees patients with other general neurological conditions.
Fatemeh is also fluent in Persian (Farsi).

She is the recipient of number of awards including Viola Edith Reid Bequest Scholarship (Medicine Faculty Scholarship; University of Melbourne), Australian Postgraduate Award (APA), Young Investigator Travel Bursary from World Congress of Basic and Clinical Pharmacology, and British Council’s Chevening Scholarship.
